Enterprise Monitoring is designed to enable Service and Application Owners with the knowledge, data, analytical tools, visualizations, and artificial intelligent capabilities necessary to understand how their services and applications are actively being used and how to continuously improve the end-user’s experience.

Capabilities of the Enterprise Monitoring service start by providing a visual understanding of all configuration items that support a service/application, the identification of up and downstream dependent systems, and applications code methods and functions supporting a client’s interactions.

Levels of Service

  • Infrastructure Only

    This level will capture hardware metrics useful in determining environment availability and server health.

  • Full Stack

    This level provides both Infrastructure Only metrics as well Application Performance metrics such as code execution time, method calls, HTTP tracking, and more. 

  • Digital Experience Add-Ons

    This level includes additional tools, some dependent on Level 2 some independent, such as Synthetic Monitoring (automated scripts), Real User Monitoring, Session Playback, and
