Intended Audience

Implementors, EM department liaisons, Developers, System Administrators, General population 

Meeting Purpose

These meetings are similar to Open Office Hours.  Audience members bring technical and functional questions and issues to the discussion.  Then, as a working session, Enterprise Monitoring staff step your through the solution, a work around, or bring the item into our gap log for further research and solution building.

If no special topics are on the agenda or no walk-on topics are presented, then the Enterprise Monitoring staff will go over topics of interest from the past weeks support and lessons learned. 

There will always be something to learn during these sessions.  Up and coming resources will learn from others experience while the more advanced users will learn new tricks and capabilities.
